You must be 18 years of age or older, of legal age in your jurisdiction, and a working adult-content performer on a supported platform (Chaturbate, Stripchat, Fansly, or their mirrors). Galatea is a text tool designed for adult performers; it is not intended for minors or any other audience.
Galatea is a browser extension that reads chat text on supported cam platforms and generates reply suggestions. It does not click, send, or automate any action on the platform. You retain full control over every message sent from your account.
You agree not to use Galatea to: harass or abuse viewers, impersonate another performer, generate content depicting minors, generate content that violates the target platform's terms of service, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse controls. You are solely responsible for the content you send from your account.
Galatea offers a free tier (limited replies per day) and paid subscription tiers via cryptocurrency (USDT) or other supported methods. Subscriptions do not auto-renew by default — each renewal is a manual action unless you explicitly opt in. All prices are listed on the pricing page. Refund policy: see /refund.
Galatea is provided "as is" without warranty. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee any specific availability level. Maintenance windows may temporarily interrupt service. Scheduled downtime will be announced on our Telegram channel when possible.
Galatea is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Chaturbate, Stripchat, Fansly, or any other cam platform. Use of Galatea is subject to each platform's own terms. Some platforms may prohibit third-party tools; you are responsible for checking your platform's policies before using Galatea.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, attempt to defraud us, or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused time on a paid subscription unless specified in the refund policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galatea's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email and on the dashboard. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
